I've always wanted to get out and do that. Last time I was at a long red light was 30 minutes. Fucking cops down the side street were controlling the light and never let anyone go.

Yeah, you couldn't even do a u-turn because they were there watching. What pissed my wife off was we were in the Miata with the top down and no AC in the summer. She hates being seen in the Miata much less being hot in it. To give you an idea my wife's ideal car is a brotruck. An older brotruck but a brotruck nonetheless.

Ehhhh it's not that impossible. I see tons of women driving brotrucks down here in Florida. There's one in my neighborhood that has a lifted gold excursion rolling on 30s.

I've seen a few come and go.
Driftdog was from the Orlando area, but I haven't seen him around lately. There was another who drives a Challenger in the Miami area. I forget his name.
JQJ213 lives in Venice... he's still a regular here. His Publix shopping cart review was fantastic.
I split half my time between FL and CT. I've been in CT for the past week for family obligations, but I'll be back down in a few days.

when I was stationed in Germany we had an intersection that would never "feel" a regular car - the Army drove MRAPs and other trucks over it so much that it wouldn't sense a car anymore. It would always turn green when you were 5 feet away from your car to hit the walk button.
